1st NYRA-EAA-Andronet School ‘Omics of male germ cells: Transcriptomic analyses’

February 24-28th, 2025, Copenhagen, Denmark

The NYRA-EAA-Andronet School in ‘Omics of male germ cells: Transcriptomic analyses’ is the first hands-on bioinformatics course specialized in the analysis of ‘omic’ data of the male germline. Outstanding trainers with remarkable careers in the field of Andrology and strong expertise in transcriptomic analyses will offer a unique perspective by highlighting the peculiarities of these analyses in male germ cells, thanks to their complementary backgrounds. From bulk to single-cell RNA-seq approaches, the course will provide the theoretical basis and necessary bioinformatics tools for early career wet-lab researchers to be autonomous in analyzing their own datasets.

Expected attendee profile: early career researchers (MSc students, PhD students, postdocs) working with male germ cells with any level of bioinformatics background. The final program will be adapted to the average level of the attendees.

Language: English

Number of participants: 15 (NYRA-EAA members or regular EAA members <35 y.o. will be prioritized)

Due to the school’s limited capacity, only 15 attendees will be selected from all applications. Selected candidates will be informed shortly after the application deadline. Payment information will be provided in due time.
